You will receive confirmation sent to your email within one hour of the booking being created. If you do not receive a confirmation, please reach out to us at support@sunnysweepers.com to ensure the correct email address was entered.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel without penalty as long it is done in advance of 48 hours of your booking. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the booking spot, the card on file will be charged a nonrefundable $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee.
We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
Only a select few candidates are chosen after a thorough interviewing and testing process. Here at Sunny Sweepers, all of our providers are background checked for safety, insured in case of accidents, and are highly specialized in professional cleaning with years of paid cleaning experience.
